Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of an order being placed. We always aim to take the fastest route to ensure your order reaches you promptly.

Generally, all orders should be received within 5 days of order, however, due to the nature of our items not all items are always held in stock and on this occasion please allow up to 10 days to receive your order.

We will always advise you of any delays as soon as we are made aware and provide tracking details so you can track your order from the point of ordering.

Return & Exchange Policy
We will offer a refund to any customers from the date of receiving their order, if the items arrive damaged or if they wish to cancel.
Under your consumer rights in the UK, you have 14 days to return the item to us in the condition that it was dispatched.
We will offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item back at our warehouse.
